Heard both sides.
2. The Standing Counsel for Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited, Visakhapatnam submits that Divisional Electrical Engineer [Operation] Bheemavaram has issued proceedings appointing the petitioner Pilli Rrajesh Babu in the place of M. Satish as Computer Operator in Yelamanchili Sector. The other aspects of the dispute whether he is entitled for wages for the earlier period or not and the other contention of the petitioner that whether he is entitled for wages and previous service etc., can be considered while disposing of the main writ petition.
3. Any how, suffice-it-to-say that respondent No.2 shall continue the petitioner till disposal of the writ petition and while extending the benefit of similarly situated person and no discrimination shall be shown to the petitioner merely because he has approached to this court.
4. Subject to the above, this contempt case is closed. No costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this contempt case shall stands closed.
