JUDGMENT / ORDER

On the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the first respondent police registered a case in Crime No.32 of 2015 against the petitioner herein, for quashing which, the petitioner is before this Court on the ground that they have arrived at a compromise. A memo of compromise has also been filed before this Court.
2. Today, Mr.A.K.Murugan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Parthipanoor Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2015 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, on 26.04.2015, but, the same has not yet been taken on file.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to once again approach this Court for quashing the charge sheet on the ground that the parties have arrived at a compromise. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, is directed to take on file the charge sheet in Crime No.32 of 2015, if not already taken on file, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
