Respondent/Complainant Whereas the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri K.Satyanarayana Murthy, presented this petition under Section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the pre-arrest bail granted in favour of the respondents 1 to 3 herein (accused Nos. 1, 4 & 6 in Cr. No. 54 of 2013 of Eluru Town Police Station), vide order in Crl.M.P. No.22 of 2014 by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Godavari Division at Eluru, dated: 18-1-2014.
And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.Satyanarayana Murthy, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Public Prosecutor for Respondent No.4, directed issue of notice to the Respondents No.1 to 3 herein to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted;
