The Court made the following:
Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not deleting the name of the 4th respondent herein for the Electricity service connection Nos.VSNR 77, SI 1062 & SI 1063 and substitute the petitioner name as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to substitute the name of the petitioner for the Electricity Connections Nos.VSNR 77, SI 1062 & SI 1063 in the place of the 4th respondent.”
At the hearing, Sri VVN.Narayana Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh one with proper annexure I.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.39074 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
