JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE L. NARASIMHA REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 806 OF 2013 Dated:05-12-2014
Between:
Pidugu Nagabhushanam ... PETITIONER AND A.G. Chinni Krishna and another .. RESPONDENTS THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE L. NARASIMHA REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 806 OF 2013
ORDER:
The petitioner filed Writ Petition No. 26737 of 2012 with a prayer to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the house site at Venkatapuram, Eluru Mandal as illegal and arbitrary.
While issuing notice before admission on 27-08-2012, this Court ordered status quo to be maintained until further orders. This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not honour the said order.
This Court, no doubt, passed an order of status quo while issuing notice before admission. It is not the case of the petitioner that the respondents have taken any steps in violation of the order of status quo. On the other hand, notice dated 06-03-2013 got issued by the petitioner discloses that his grievance was more about the alleged construction of house site by Smt. D. Vijaya. He wanted the respondents to prevent construction in view of the orders of status quo. Even if the facts pleaded therein are taken into account, it does not amount to contempt.
The contempt case is accordingly closed. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this contempt case shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
