This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the order passed by respondent No.2 vide Rc.CS2/320/2014, dated 26-11-2014, whereby he has confirmed the order passed by respondent No.3 vide Rc.F/4013/2014, dated 16-09-2014.
At the hearing, Mr.I.Gopala Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed the fact that against the impugned orders, his client has a remedy of revision petition.
In view of availability of the alternative remedy to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition for adjudication on merits.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of revision petition.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.47021 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
