The solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his mutation application being Case No. 806 of 2019 (Phulwasi Vs. Pooja Rai) filed under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, has remained pending before the respondent no. 1 since 2019.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending or calling for a counter affidavit.
Without entering into merits of this case, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner files a copy of this order before the respondent no. 1, the said authority shall proceed to decide the aforesaid case pending before him since 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and shall cooperate in the proceeding.
