Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the order dated 06.07.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 6939 of 2021 (Phulkali Vs. State of U.P. & others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that after the aforesaid order was passed, various letters were written by the opposite party to the applicant to submit a proper representation but since no representation has been submitted by the applicant, therefore, no decision has been taken by the opposite party.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this contempt application is disposed of directing the applicant to submit fresh representation along a copy of this order as well as copy of the order passed in the writ petition before the opposite party within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation will be filed within stipulated period, the opposite party shall pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the applicant specially in terms of the direction given by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition within a period of two months.
