Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Petitioner, by means of the instant petition, is assailing notice dated 22.06.2021 issued by second respondent- Tehsildar, Tehsil Goverdhan, District Mathura for eviction of the petitioner from plot no. 193 admeasuring 750 sq. yard situated in village Reethaura.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that in reply to the notice, petitioner has submitted an objection on 30.06.2021.
In view thereof, this Court at this stage is not inclined to interfere.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her objection before the second respondent to its logical conclusion.
