Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 ( Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasya, District Kushinagar) to consider and decide the now the case No.T201705446504878 of 2017, (Phoolmatiya Vs. Ram Ishwar) under Section 35 of Land Revenue Code, 2006 is pending since 13.01.2017, within short stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2017 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 ( Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasya, District Kushinagar) to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
