This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following material relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding direct the concern respondent no. 1 Board of Revenue U.P. At Allahabad to decide the Revision No. 1652 of 2019 (Phoolmati Law College Versus Luxmi Devi & Others) within some specific period pending before Board of Revenue U.P. At Allahabad."
Revision No. 1652 of 2019, the proceeding whereof have been sought to be expedited by the petitioner arises out of mutation proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revision was filed on 27.06.2019 and since then no effective order has been passed till date. The Revision is fixed for admission and orders on the stay application.
Perusal of the order sheet shows that since the Revision was filed it is being treated casually, even though it is a matter brought fresh before the Board and is fixed for admission and orders on the stay application. Looking to the said fact the Board of Revenue at Allahabad is directed to pass appropriate orders, at least those required at the admission stage on the next date fixed or within three weeks' thereafter in accordance with law.
Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to cost.
