Heard Sri Manoj Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents no.3 to conduct proper investigation of case crime No.828 of 2018, under Sections 376D, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar and to arrest the accused respondent nos. 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
Learned AGA opposed the aforesaid prayer and submitted that the present FIR has been lodged on 19.7.2018.
After having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and from the perusal of the FIR, we do not find any good ground to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage with liberty to file fresh petition at an appropriate stage.
