1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 20.2.2019 passed by the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow (hereinafter referred to as, 'Board of Revenue') in Revision No. REV/2892/2018 whereby the Board of Revenue has recalled the interim order passed in favour of the petitioner. The writ petition has been filed against an interlocutory order, and therefore, is not maintainable.
3. However, the Board of Revenue is directed to decide Revision No. REV/2892/2018 (Smt. Phoolmala Vs. Charan Singh) within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it by the petitioner.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is
disposed of.
