Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
The petitioner claims to have been engaged as Dailywager in the department of Food and Civil Supplies. His services were regularized on 02.07.20210. The petitioner has not been granted pension and other retiral dues. The petitioner in this respect has submitted several representations to the respondent no.2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent no.2 has neither considered his representation nor passed any order of grant of pension and other retiral dues.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2-Commissioner, Food & Civil Supplies, U.P., Lucknow, raising all his grievances within a period of three weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of subject to the observations made above.
