The applicants have approached before this Court praying for direction to opposite party no.2, Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Machhlishahar, District Jaunpur to decide the case no. T- 201814360302715 of 2017 under section 133 Cr.P.c. P.s. Kotwali Machhilishahar, District Jaunpur The argument is that application under section 133 Cr.P.C. is pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Machhlishahar District Jaunpur since the year 2017.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Machhlishahar, District Jaunpur concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is pproduced before him.
