The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Case No. 30/10+11 of 2011 (Phoola Devi vs. Land Management Committee and another) was not being decided expeditiously and therefore a prayer has been made that a direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.30/10+11 of 2011 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
