This instant petition has been filed seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of revision pending before the respondent no. 2. However, the complete order sheet of the proceedings, sought to be expedited has not been filed.
This Court is therefore, not in a position to determine the reason as to why the matter has remained pending.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition annexing thereto the entire order sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited.
