Petitioner is the wife who is claiming maintenance from her husband. Prayer in the writ petition is to direct the employer to deduct a sum of Rs. 10,000/- from the monthly salary of respondent no. 5 and to pay such amount to petitioner.
Petition is opposed by Sri Dhruv Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent.
Apparently the dispute raised in the present writ petition is purely a matrimonial one in which maintenance is being claimed by the wife. Remedy of the petitioner would lie elsewhere and the writ petition for such purpose would not be the appropriate forum.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to file an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. or to institute proceedings for maintenance before appropriate family Court, this petition is consigned to records.
