Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel.
This writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2017 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition).
The petitioner, herein is Gram Pradhan who has filed this writ petition through a private counsel which is not in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
