Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for a direction upon the respondents concerned to hold a high level inquiry in respect of the manipulation done by the Officers of the Registry Department in the public documents specially in respect of Bahi-3, Zild 564 Page No. 67/68 and No.71 dated 02.07.1957.
In case the petitioner feels that some manipulation has been done and a fraud has been committed, the remedy available to the petitioner is to lodge a Complaint/FIR against the official concerned or may pursue his complaint before the Administrative Authorities, if any.
The Writ Petition for directing to hold an inquiry is misconceived and is dismissed.
