Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the order dated 3.5.2018 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Machhli Shahar, Distt. Jaunpur in Suit No.T201814360301798 under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and does not find any good ground to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act. However, it is always open to the applicant to proceed for compliance of the order dated 3.5.2018 before the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned.
The contempt application stands disposed of.
