The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.352 of 2007 within a stipulated period.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that issues were framed in the suit on 20.9.2017 and presently, various miscellaneous applications are posted for disposal.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
