Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition challenges an order dated 10 August 2018, pursuant to which a representation made by the petitioner against his transfer from Deoria to Shravasti has come to be negatived. It is not disputed that the petitioner remained posted at Deoria for the last 20 years.
Bearing that fact in mind, the Court finds no ground which may warrant interference with the order impugned. The writ petition is dismissed.
