JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Sudhir Kumar Saxena,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
By means of this petition, the petitioner, who happens to be complainant of Case Crime No. 208 of 2011, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, police station Udaipur, district Pratapgarh, has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding opposite party No. 2 to conclude the investigation of aforesaid case within stipulated time and arrest opposite parties No. 4 to 9.
The prayer sought cannot be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India .
The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
