Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned court of Sessions Judge, Kaushambi to decide the Sessions Trial No.107/2018 (State of U.P. Vs. Veeran), under Sections 452, 307, 504, IPC in Case Crime No. 205 of 2017, P.S. Sarai Akil, District Kaushambi.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant case, learned court of Sessions Judge, Kaushambi is directed to decide the Sessions Trial No.107/2018 (State of U.P. Vs. Veeran), under Sections 452, 307, 504, IPC in Case Crime No. 205 of 2017, P.S. Sarai Akil, District Kaushambi in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
