With respect of financial irregularities committed by respondent No.6, Officiating Principal in Shri Agrasen Post Graduate College, Mauranipur district Jhansi, the Commissioner Jhansi Division directed the District Magistrate, Jhansi to conduct an inquiry in the matter. The District Magistrate asked the ADM (Finance & Revenue) to conduct the inquiry and submit the report. The ADM (Finance & Revenue) has conducting the inquiry and submitted the report dated 7.5.2018, which has been forwarded to the Divisional Commissioner, Jhansi for taking appropriate decision.
Sri Raj Mohan Saggi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Divisional Commissioner is not taking a decision on the inquiry report dated 7.05.2018 in respect to respondent No.6.
This petition is thus, disposed of with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Jhansi i.e. respondent No.2 to take a final decision on the inquiry report dated 7.05.2018 after affording opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties within a period of eight weeks from today in accordance with law.
