Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 5.7.2017 (State of U.P. Vs. Phool Chandra Ghosi and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 390 of 2017, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 452, 506, 325 IPC, Police Station Sigra, District Varanasi as well as entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 13990 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. However, these are factual aspects which cannot be gone into the present proceedings.
Prima facie case is made out against the applicants. No interference is warranted at this stage.
The application is dismissed with the aforesaid obsservation.
