Heard Shri Radhey Krishna Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Abhisekh Shukla, the learned standing counsel.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that ends of justice would be served if this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent concerned not to evict the petitioner from the land in dispute except in accordance with law.
Learned Standing Counsel states that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending and the same be disposed off by giving appropriate direction to the respondent concerned.
This writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondent concerned not to dispossess the petitioner from the plot in dispute except in accordance with law.
However, it is made clear that this court has not examined the claim of the petitioner on merits.
