Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has raised a grievance that respondents no.4 and 5 are interfering in the clear possession of the land of the petitioner.
In case, private respondents are interfering, the petitioner has remedy of filing a suit for the redressal of his grievances. In a writ proceeding, such a direction cannot be issued.
The writ petition is mis-conceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
