The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the executing court before whom Execution Case No.09 of 2018 is pending to decide the same within specified time frame.
Supplementary affidavit has been filed in compliance of previous order of this Court.
It is admitted therein that objection under Section 47 C.P.C. filed by the judgment debtor on 19.11.2018 is still pending.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the executing court to decide objection under Section 47 C.P.C. expeditiously. Soon after deciding the objections under Section 47 C.P.C., the executing court shall proceed with the main execution case and take it to its logical end without any further delay.
The petition stands disposed of.
