Heard learned counsel for parties.
The Court finds no ground to frame any peremptory directions for expeditious disposal of suit proceedings which was instituted in 2006 bearing in mind the fact that the plaintiff petitioner himself moved an application for amendment therein as late as in 2019 which was allowed.
In view of the aforesaid while the instant writ petition is dismissed, it is left open to the petitioner to apply afresh in case the matter is inordinately delayed.
