Philomina Kakkattil

Petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of ARC No.69/2013, pending before the Arbitration Court, Kozhikode. The petitioner is directed to move an application before the Arbitration Court and if such an application is moved, the Arbitration Court shall take into consideration, the pendency of the matters before that Court and if possible, allow the application, giving preference to the matters first filed, in the order of the year of filing. Writ petition is disposed of.
