JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court contending that steps are being pursued by the respondents against the property belonging to the petitioner, in respect of the alleged liability due from the husband.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits on instructions that, both the petitioner and her husband were residing together and in the course of steps to recover the amount from the husband/defaulter, the residential house was visited. In the course of enquiry, it was revealed that the property mentioned in the writ petition actually belongs to the petitioner. In the said circumstances, the Revenue Authority themselves have taken a retreat and they are proceedings against the guarantor for realisation of the amount. It is also stated that, no steps are intended to be pursued against the W.P.(C) No.33242 of 2014 2 petitioner or her property.
The submission is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
