When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel on either side submitted that the very same subject matter is in dispute before the Sub Court, Tenkasi, in O.S.No.149 of 2015 and now the suit is posted for arguments and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the parties concerned to contest the matter before the competent Civil Court. No costs.
