JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.
2.The petitioner, being a physically challenged person, made a representation dated 20.02.2017 seeking license to put up a bunk shop. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to send a copy of the said representation to the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
