The prayer in the writ petition is seeking for a writ of declaration declaring the tender process held on 24.04.2010 as null and void.
2.On a perusal of the prayer itself, it is seen that the tender was for a licence to run a cycle stand for the period 2009-2010 and apparently, the period has expired. Hence, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
