JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been issued Teaching experience certificate from the third respondent and the same was processed and he got his appointment and therefore the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
