JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Gyanendra Singh Sikarwar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notices for opposite party Nos.1 and 2 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas notice for opposite party No.3 has been accepted by Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel.
This petition has been filed for a direction upon respondents to appoint petitioner as Assistant Teacher in Primary Education Department of State in the light of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 25.07.2017 in Civil Appeal No (s) 4347-4375 of 2014.
Attention of the Court has been invited to an order passed by the Apex Court on 07.12.2015 noticing the stand taken by the State of U.P. which reads as under :-
"At this juncture, we may state the Mr. Bhatia, Learned AAG submitted that in pursuance of the direction of this Court on the earlier occasion and prior to that more than 75,000 representations were received and after scanning the same, the State Government has found 12,091 persons eligible for being appointed subject to verification of antecedents. Let the said persons be appointed subject to the said verification within six weeks hence."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the list filed before the Apex Court, the name of petitioner finds mention at serial no.6385, but his claim for appointment has not been examined so far. Learned counsel further submits that before the Apex Court, the State of U.P. has clearly admitted that about 14,000 posts are still lying vacant which fact has been recorded in the order of the Apex Court dated 25.07.2017. Submission is that the grievance of the petitioner has not been examined by the authorities.
Sri Ajay Kumar, Advocate appearing for the Secretary of U.P. Basic Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad, states that the claim of the petitioner shall be examined in accordance with law.
Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no. 3 to examine the claim of the petitioner, with reference to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter.
