In the light of directions of learned Single Judge already the directions are complied with and orders are passed by the Secretary, AYUSH and communicated to 1st respondent institution which is under challenge in the two writ petitions where they have already obtained certain interim orders.

In the light of said submissions, the above two writ appeals become infructuous and accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
