The contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents 1 to 3 and punish them for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD)No.318 of 2014, dated 15.03.2016.

3. Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the contemnors would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced the order of the District Educational Officer, Tuticorin, dated 21.11.2017.
