ORDER After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file the bail petition on any changed circumstances before the Trial Court.
Hence, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty as prayed for. In the event petitioner filing the bail petition on any changed circumstances, the Trial Court has to consider the said bail petition on the changed circumstances and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
