Pursuant to the reference of the matter to the Mediator, the disputes between the parties have been settled. The Mediator has produced the memorandum of agreement. Heard the learned counsel on both sides. We dispose of the appeal as settled and the terms of settlement will form part of the judgment and decree. The court fee paid on the memorandum of appeal will be refunded to the appellants. The parties will suffer their costs in the appeal.
