O R D E R The petitioner has challenged the notification dated 30.7.2018 relating to rotation and reservation as regards Wards of Madikeri City Municipal Council.
2. The petitioner submits that the notification challenged has been set aside in its entirety in the order passed in W.P.No.44499/2018 and connected matters on 14.1.2019.
3. In view of the same, the present petitions are allowed in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.44499/2018 and connected matters.
