O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Perused the petition.
2. Petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.244/2015 registered by the respondent No.1 – Police for the offences punishable under sections 323, 504, 506, 354B read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(x)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.1 submits that on completion of investigation, ‘B’ report is submitted before the jurisdictional court on 19.09.2016 and the same is accepted by the learned Magistrate on 16.12.2016.
4. In view of this submission, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2015 does not survive for consideration and it is also dismissed.
