ORDER:
The petitioner, who claims to be the owner of Ac.5.91 cents in Sy.Nos.10/1, 10/3 and 10/5 of Peddapadu Village, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District, filed this writ petition on the allegation that respondents 3 and 4 have been unduly interfering with his possession of the said property without following due process of law.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, while conceding that in a writ petition filed with identical grievance, this Court has directed the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession of the property without following due process of law, submitted that this writ petition can also be disposed of with the similar direction.
In view of the above submission of the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession of the property admeasuring Ac.5.91 cents situated in the above-mentioned survey numbers or dispossess the petitioner from the said property, without following due process of law.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.803 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
