Order on Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants, Pervez and Sarwar, in Case Crime No. 30 of 2021, under Sections- 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 I.P.C., Police Station- Dildar Nagar, District- Ghazipur.
The allegation against the applicants is that they have tried to obtain anticipatory bail in earlier case on the basis of fabricated injury reports. Both the injury reports have been brought on record, genuine and the fabricated one, and they show discrepancy.
The allegations in the F.I.R prima facie appear to be correct. It is not a fit case for anticipatory bail.
It is accordingly, rejected.
