This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to dispose of the case within six months that there are irregular proceedings in the said proceedings. Neither the ordersheet has been produced nor specific averments have been made, what is the irregularity which has been committed by the trial Court in C.C. No.580/2015 pending on the file of 13th Additional CMM Court, Bengaluru. It is further stated that the learned Magistrate has taken the cognizance on 28.10.2014 according to the merits of the case.
Under such circumstance, the office objection is accepted and the revision petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
