Perumbavoor Hotels vs State Of Kerala

As per judgment dated 30.10.2014 in W.P.(C) No.22195 of 2014 and connected cases, I have held that the Abkari Policy 2014-2015 is valid to the extent it disentitles hotels having 4 star and 3 star classifications from seeking the issue of FL-3 licenses under the Foreign Liquor Rules. The petitioner herein is therefore not entitled to any of the reliefs sought for in this writ petition. The same is for the above reason, dismissed. Sd/-
