ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by proceedings No.APSSCSCL/MBNR/KMS/2013-14, dated NIL-12-2014 of respondent No.2, whereby he has given a final reminder to the petitioner to complete the custom milled rice (CMR) deliveries on or before 15.12.2014 without fail.
The petitioner averred that it has made a representation on 16.12.2014 to respondent No.2 through his lawyer to grant three months' time for delivery of the CMR. Before any decision has been taken by respondent No.2, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition.
In my opinion, the Writ Petition is pre-mature for the reason that no decision has been taken by respondent No.2 on the petitioner's representation. Therefore, while declining to entertain the Writ Petition for adjudication on merits, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioner's request for extension of time, take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50121 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
