O R D E R Mr. Vinay D.Hosmath, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. Vijay Kumar A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents No.1 to 4.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. The petitioner inter alia has prayed for a direction to transfer the case in Crime No.141/2010 to the COD or CBI.
3. When the matter was taken up today, Sri.Vijay Kumar A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the Police Authorities after completion of the investigation of Crime NO.141/2010 have filed ‘C’ Report.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law.
